T-Handle Dial Indicating Torque Wrench
Dual grip dial indicator torque wrench used to transfer stable torque to bolts, for both tightening and measuring.
Lightweight, easy-to-read dial, suitable for inspection.
Graduated scale with a precise pointer provides accurate torque value readings.
Since the amount of deformation is small, the operator's fatigue is reduced compared to the flat beam type torque wrench.
T-S models are equipped with a convenient memory pointer (standard) to capture peak torque reading.
Since load is applied with both hands or two person, the applied force is off set, allowing for easy and precise measuring or tightening.
Since the dial is movable, the pointer can be set to the desired torque first and complete tightening as the pointer indicates "0".
Applicable for international use including the EU region.
Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type I Class A.

Operating Procedure T23N-S, T1400N-S (230T-S - 14000T-S)
Set the main pointer to the􀊞0􀊟p osition on the scale plate. (Rotate the scale plate until the position is aligned with the main pointer.)
For models with a memory pointer, measure the torque only after setting the memory pointer to􀊞0􀊟p osition by turning the memory pointer knob opposite to measuring direction.
Insert the square drive of the wrench into the required socket.
Apply the socket on to a bolt head or nut.
Apply force to the center of the grip and measure while watching scale plate.
The T-S wrench is bi-directional.
The measurement can also be made by setting the main pointer to the desired torque,and pulling the wrench until the main pointer reaches position on the scale plate.

T2100N-S - T4200N-S (21000T-S - 42000T-S)
Attach the extension handle to main wrench. Confirm that the pin has locked the extension handle in place.
Set the main pointer to the􀊞0􀊟p osition on the scale plate.(Rocate the scale plate until the position is aligned with the main pointer.)

Precautions for use
Confirm that the torque is setnaccording to the correct unit of measure before using. (kgfcm, kgfm, Nm, etc)
Don't use torque wrench in fresh water or sea water. The inside mechanism will go bad and cause an accident or injury.If you drop in water or sea water,get it checked out or repaired.
Use the correct socket that fits the hex size of the bolts,you are using. If you use an incorrect socket,this may cause an accident or injury.
Make sure there is enough clearance for your hand and elbow before using to prevent injury.
Don't use the torque wrench as a hammer. If there's a deformation on the beam,an operation failure could result and cause a decrease in the accuracy of the torque wrench. Perform regular inspections for function and accuracy.
Periodical inspections are essential to insure the torque wrench is in optimal condition thus preventing injury.
Loading direction.
The loading direction must be at right angles to the torque wrench (tolerance:). This tolerance applies to both horizontal and vertical deviation. Remove any dirt such as dust,mud,oil and water,etc.after each use and before storing torque wrench. For models having 25.4mm square drive, use with a throughholesocket( pneumatic tool type).
Connecting a socket (manual tool type) having no through-hole may result in disconnection. Do not use this instrument for a breaking test.
Using under breaking or rupture test may result in the needle dose not return to its Zero point correctly.
