Easy to ready dial face has follower hand memory pointer that stays on peak torque for convenient reference
Use for tightening purposes by simply rotating the dial to the desired torque. Completed tightening is achieved when the pointer indicates "0".
DB is not length dependent. Therefore, accuracy is consistent regardless of where the hand is placed during operation.
The dial indicator has a full-surround protective cover to prevent damage to external objects (except DB420N, DBE, and DBR series models).
DB25N to DB280N models have a resin grip. Lowest torque range models have index finger handles designed to guide you to use light hand force to avoid possible over-torque.
DBE has an extension handle.
For DBR models, applies load by lever block or winch.
Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type I Class B.

Operating Procedure
Set the main pointer to the position on the scale plate.(Rotate the scale plate until the􀊞0􀊟position is aligned with the main pointer.)
For models with a memory pointer, measure the torque only after setting the memory pointer to􀊞0􀊟p osition by turning the memory
pointer knob opposite to measuring direction.
Insert the square drive of the wrench into the required socket.
Apply the socket on to a bolt head or nut.
Apply force to the center of the grip and measurewhile watching scale plate.
The DB wrench is bi-directional.
The measurement can also be made by setting the main pointer to the desired torque,and pulling the wrench until the main pointer reaches position on the scale plate.

DBE, DBR Series
Attach the extension handle to main wrench. Confirm that the pin has locked the extension handle in place.
Set the main pointer to the􀊞0􀊟p osition on the scale plate.(Rocate the scale plate until the position is aligned with the main pointer.)
For models with a memory pointer, measure the torque only after setting the memory pointer to position by turning the memory pointer knob opposite to measuring direction.
Insert the square drive of the wrench into the required socket.
Apply the socket on to a bolt head or nut.
Apply force to the center of the grip and measure while watching scale plate.
The DB wrench is bi-directional.
The measurement can also be made by setting the main pointer to the desired torque,and pulling the wrench until the main pointer reaches􀊞0􀊟 position on the scale plate.

Precautions
Don't apply momentum with your own weight or use a jerking motion, when you pull the torque wrench. This will damage the torque wrench and may cause the wrench to come off of the bolt. Resulting in an accident or injury.
Don't use the torque wrench beyond the maximum torque setting. This will cause damage or injury.
Don't make the square drive smaller by using an adapter. This will create insufficient strength and cause an accident or injury.
Don't use the torque wrench if it is missing a pin or scale plate, etc. Ask a repair shop or our company to inspect the torque wrench and repair it before using.
Don't modify the torque wrench. Modifications will weaken the torque wrench. This may cause errors in accuracy, as well as, cause an accident or injury.
Don't drop the torque wrench or apply a strong shock or jolt. This will cause damage or deformation as well as decrease the accuracy and durability, which may cause an accident or injury.
Be aware of your surroundings when handling a large capacity torque wrench. Turning or walking while holding a large torque wrench may cause accident or injury, if the user is not alert.
Don't stand the torque wrench on end. If may fall or drop,and cause an accident or injury.
