Angle method torque wrench
Applicable in angle-controlled bolt tightening in small lot production, maintenance and after-sales service, or back up for angle-tightening nut runners.
Snug torque can be easily set on the torque wrench by scale.
Angle pointer can be set either to the target angle first and load down to zero, or set to zero first, and load up to the target angle.
The angle pointer does not activate until the torque value reaches the snug torque.
Clip shape makes it easy to stabilize needle. A magnet version (MB-PB) is also available as optional accessory for the standard clip.
WQL model can be also used as a standard torque wrench.
Applicable for international use including the EU region.
Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type II Class B.

Operating Procedure
Set the desired snug torque.
connect the flexible tube to the pointer adapter and fix the clip th the work piece or the bolt nearby.
Engage the socket with bolt.
To preset angle: set the pointer to the desired angle and start tightening. After the snug torque is reached, the angle scale starts moving. Tighten the bolt until the angle scale reads zero degree.
To read angle: set the pointer to zero degree on the angle scale. After the snug torque is reached, the angle scale starts moving. tighten the bolt until the desired torque is reached.
To use the wrench as an ordinary torque wrench: Remove the flexible tube to pointer adapter and set the desired torque. Tighten the bolt until a click is heard.
To Attach a Magnet Base: Remove the nut that fixes the clip and flexible tube. Insert the top screw (M8X1.25) of the flexible tube into the screw hole in the magnetic base and tighten.

Outline
Most Suitable for small lot production, disassembly and re-assembly, maintenance, and after service.
Can be used for engine head bolts and bolts for connecting rods. Infact anywhere tightening must be done by angle control method.
Excellent for backing up production line facilities.
Available as an ordinary torque wrench.

Precaution for Use
Do not touch connecting portion of the pointer of the unit and the flexible tube with a hand when using the ANGLE TORQUE WRENCH.
Handle with care when using the ANGLE TORQUE WRENCH. The wrench is a measuring tool.
Set the torque within the torque range.
