Features
Preset torque screwdriver with rotary-slip mechanism to prevent over-tightening.
Preset style is ideal for applications which require the same torque setting such as assembly work.
No external scale adjustment means torque set cannot be inadvertantely changed making for more secure torque setting.
Supplied with no torque set. Requires adjusting key and tester to set torque value.
Preset torque service can be requested at time of order for a nominal fee.
Enhanced reliability and durability by adopting toggle clutch torque mechanism.
User will sense "click" at set torque. If user continues past the click, the tool will ratchet without applying additional torque.
RNTD500CN comes with an auxiliary handle.
Accepts standard 1/4 hex root bits. (sold separately)
Counterclockwise tightening model available upon request.
Applicable for international use including the EU region. Compliant with calibration procedures of ISO 6789 Type II Class E.

Operating Procedure
Torque Setting
Hold the grip of the Driver in your hand,insert Adjusting Bar into the slit of Adjusting Screw and turn Adjusting Bar. When turning Adjusting Screw clockwise, torque will increase. Use TDT3-G torque driver tester to set the desired torque. (Adjusting Bar is optional accessory.)
Insert the bit into the adapter of the Driver. (Select the required bit from the table for bits.)
Insert the tip of the bit into slit of screw head.
Turn the Torque Driver clockwise to tighten.

Tightening is completed when a click is felt.
􀋞 RNTD model is rotary slip clutch type.
􀋞 NTD:When reaching the set torque, the break is felt by hand in 15 degrees. Stop and complete the tightening work within the 15 degrees.

Notes
A torque driver tester and adjusting key are necessary to set torque. A torque setting service is available at time of order for a nominal fee. For RNTD120CN, 260CN, black resin grip is supplied as standard accessory. Accepts standard bit, 6.35 (1/4) HEX root shape

Warnings
Make sure there is no oil or grease on the grip.A slip of the hand while tightening,may cause an accident or injury. Do not set the torque driver beyond the maximum torque setting. This will cause damage of injury. Check for cracks,scratches and rust. These will cause damage to the driver and may result in an injury.If such conditions exist,have a functional test performed and repair if necessary.

Do not drop the torque driver or apply a strong shock or jolt.This will cause damage or deformation as well as decrease the accuracy and durability, which may cause an accident or injury.Do not use the torque driver in the rain,high temperature or high humidity, this may result in malfunction due to the rust. Do not use the torque driver where there are high levels of dirt or dust.
