The RONDCOM 60 A is designed for maximum precision. The granite design of the base,
columns and the R axis make the machine stable and durable.

The highly accurate RONDCOM 60 A form tester enables excellent measurement of even the most narrow tolerances.
With automatic alignment in under a minute, the RONDCOM 60 A enables high productivity. The CNC offset stylus
mount can be aligned with the component completely automatically, enabling deep insertion and measurement below
the R axis. All the RONDCOM 60A axes are on air bearings, making them exceptionally precise. The heart of the
RONDCOM 60 is an ultra-accurate, wear-free rotary table on air bearings featuring rotational accuracy of 20
nanometers. For extreme precision, the RONDCOM 60 A features an incremental glass scale in the R axial direction.

The RONDCOM 60 A is a universal form tester for the analysis of roughness, cylinder form, perpendicularity
, parallelism, straightness, flatness, coaxiality, concentricity, thickness error and radial runout. With its
high rotational accuracy, RONDCOM 60 A is perfect for a large number of precision parts from the mechanical
engineering and medical technology industries.

Measuring cells in production should be easy to fit. The operator places the specimen in the machine, selects
a photo for the part or scans an item code and presses a button to start the measurement. Now SURFCOM takes
over with the ACCTee PRO software and the CNC modules. They allow the automation of measuring runs in SURFCOM
and CONTOURECORD systems. The automation system is comprised of three modules: a positioning table in the Y
direction, a horizontally arranged rotary table and a vertically arranged rotary table. All modules can be
combined and can be operated with two or four-axis control depending on the requirements. Programming can be
done conveniently by the teach-in learning mode using the ACCTee PRO measurement software. The CNC modules
move the workpiece and the measuring elements to be measured to the touch probe. Operator intervention is
reduced to starting the measuring run. Zeiss can project, simulate and produce the individual workpiece fixtures
for a fully automatic SURFCOM measuring instrument for you. On request, the entire measuring instrument can be
acquired as a turn-key solution including projection and programming.
